hypnotize someone in seconds

So you want results now hey? Ok it is possible to hypnotize someone in seconds and there are 2 different ways.

1) hypnosis in seconds

2) hypnosis in seconds with existing trigger

Hypnosis in seconds
You have seen it with professional hypnotists who can look in someone's eyes and tap them on the head and then say sleep and they do. The key here is firstly about CONFIDENCE because if you hesitate for a moment you will not be successful however there is a little bit of preparation. Now I am going to show you the confusion induction because it is the stepping stone to the Professionals method where they can skip this and go straight into the command.

The idea is to have your subject in a relaxed state that is trance like where their guard is down and they have their subconscious open to suggestion. Usually the best time is when you are in a social atmosphere and your subject has already spoken to a few friends, is in a good mood and not stressed about tomorrow.

Once they are in this state it is all about inducing them through touch, eye contact, confusion and then command. Confusion is a great method because it is about surprising the mind so quickly that it does not process the information fast enough and you implant suggestion before it can recover, the body will follow the mind. A good example is when you see people after a car accident, they are usually in a trance like state and can not properly comprehend what you are saying but when you tell them to do something they will.

Now lets relate this to our situation your subject is relaxed having a good time, you approach them, shake their hand and do not let go while looking straight in their eyes. You then say "STOP, my car has a green dress" (or something to that affect) and repeat it a couple of times, their response will be to look confused because their mind is trying to process the words. While their mind is in this state of confusion you can put a suggestion (command) to them like "I need you phone" and their subconscious takes over and makes the body provide you with what you have commanded. You will be surprised at the results you get from this technique but make sure your subject is not aware of what you are doing.

Hypnosis in seconds with existing trigger
The other way of getting results in seconds is if you have previously hypnotized someone and left a trigger that will cause them to immediately react. I have mastered this with my gymnastics students where all I need to do is say 1 word and they will instantly do what I want.

So let me tell you the story:

In the beginning I lined my gymnasts up and told them a story about when I was training and it was about when I would do my strength training the coach gave us a routine that caused everybody to throw up. It then became known as "throw up strength" and it gave great results, we got incredibly stronger.

I made sure to link negatives with not doing this strength such as, "you will be left behind", "real men do this type of strength" so that it created an ultimatum in their subconscious that they need to do this to avoid negative results.

This story inspired my gymnasts to want to do the same thing so I gave them the program and they started doing it. The question at every training session was, "are we doing throw up strength?"
Now it is at a point where I can be anywhere in the gym and yell "THROW UP" and every one of my gymnasts will walk straight to the climbing ropes and begin strength.
How's that for results in seconds?

hypnotize someone and have fun - the handshake induction

Remember to have fun when you hypnotize someone, it will make experience more enjoyable and you will learn much faster. What I have done here is put a step by step handshake induction so you can try it on your friends, it's great fun!

1) Find a suggestible person who wants to be hypnotized -
this is pretty much impossible to do with an uncooperative person (if
performing for an audience then you must make sure they trust you and
want to be hypnotized).

2) They may fall, so sit them on a chair and be ready to
catch them. You can do it standing, but there is a risk of injury or
illness.

3) Reach out and begin to shake the person's hand

4) Mid-handshake, interrupt the action by raising the
subjects hand near to but not touching their face. Instruct them to
look at their hand. Immediately start speaking, telling them that their
vision is becoming blurred and their eyes are becoming weary.

5) Without stopping, raise your hand into the gap between
their hand and face, in front of both eyes if possible. As you bring
it up, say "I'm bringing my hand up here, and as I lower it, close your
eyes". Bring your hand down towards the end of that sentence.
Their eyes should be closed, if not, start again.

6) Tell them to imagine a force pushing their hand towards
their face. Tell them it's getting stronger. When a part of their
hand touches their face, tell them that "As soon as your hand touches
your face, its stuck there. You can't move it or pull it off."

7) Once their hand is completely stuck to their face, tell
them the force is gone and ask them to relax, telling them the
stickiness will hold their hand in place.
If their hand comes off their face, start again.

8) Tell them that, when you tell them to, not yet,
they should try to pull their hand away from their face. Keep
telling them that they won't be able to do this, but you want them to
try.

9) Give them the instruction to pull their hand away.
Tell them that as they pull harder and harder, the stickieness becomes
stronger and stronger.
If their hand comes completely away from their face, start again.

10) Tell them to relax and let the stickiness hold their hand
in place.

11) Tell them that when you grab their wrist and say
"Release" the stickiness will disappear and that their eyes will remain
closed.

12) Grab their wrist, say "Release" and put both their hands
out, palms facing each other, fingers straight, reasonably large
distance between the hands. The hands should be parallel.

13) Tell them that their palms are magnets, pulling towards
each other. Tell them that the magnets get stronger and stronger as
they get closer.
You should see their hands move towards each other, going faster as
they get closer.

14) When their hands are about 5-8 seconds from touching, say
"When your hands touch, you're going to sleep" then count down "3, 2,
1, sleep".
The subject will enter a trance-like state. He/She is now
hypnotized.

15) To bring them back from this state, just say "Awake".

16) For about 20 minutes after that, you can re-induce the
state quickly by saying "Sleep" and clicking your fingers. If this
doesn't work, then tell them to follow your hand and move your hand in a
swirling motion. Then after around 2 seconds, click your fingers and
say sleep. If this doesn't work then you need to surprise them by saying
or shouting sleep at an unexpected time.

If you want to go down the road of becoming a professional stage hypnotist then PRACTICE this technique, once you have mastered it you will be ready to start hitting the stage and getting some serious cash for doing shows. I recommend doing this with a fellow hypnosis enthusiast because you will both be open to suggestion. All the best and enjoy!
hypnotize someone in minutes

To hypnotize someone in minutes covers a few different techniques and it depends on what works for you and the level of hypnotist you are. Personally I prefer using conversational hypnosis that uses Igor Ledochowski's techniques and it is about almost skipping the hypnotic induction and building rapport to put your subject in a trance. This then opens the mind to suggestion through confusion techniques and body language.

The best way to hypnotize someone in minutes is to relax them by telling a story about yourself that then turns into a story about them. There is nothing better than having your subject talking about themselves especially when it is something that they have a positive emotional connection with. Their guard is lowered and they are much more open to suggestion and this is where you use intonation and your hypnosis words and phrases to implant their subconscious with your suggestion or command. The best thing to do is use the assumptive closes that infer they are already thinking and understanding about what you are talking about and it plays on their ego as if it was their idea. Be sure to show excitement at how great they are and make sure to throw your suggestion in at the same time to reconfirm the link between it and how great they are, the subconscious will process this link as long as you subtly drive it home.

Remember that it is all about keeping focused on your subject at all times, do not let an interruption happen otherwise you will lose them so keep your phone of and try to have them in a relatively private place. Once you become good at this you can be sitting in a group of people and still be able to hold your subject in trance, touch works extremely well for me where a rub of the shoulder or slight tap on the hand keeps their attention on me.
hypnotize someone in their sleep - trances

First of all you can not hypnotize someone in their sleep because they can not hear what you are saying therefore this act is not possible. On the other hand if you talking about trances (or a wakeful sleep) then this is the best time to induce hypnotic suggestion. According to Milton Erickson, who is the founder of conversational hypnosis, we go through wakeful sleep or trances every single day and this is when our subconscious is the most open to suggestion. We go through these wakeful sleeps when immersed in an everyday activity such as waiting for a bus/train, reading a book, watching television (usually after a very tiring day) running etc... This is when our mind is fixated on a certain question, the unusual or something that holds our interest. You can see this when a blank state comes across someones face and their body becomes very still. Erickson created verbal and non verbal techniques to help induce these trances as well as deepen them if need be so that he could use indirect suggestion for therapeutic reasons.

At this point indirect suggestion can hypnotize someone and the subject may be consciously or unconsciously aware of the suggestion, it really does not matter as long as the suggestion creates some resonance on the subconscious level. A good example of this is If you where having a conversation with someone and you use Erickson's techniques to induce a trance and then use an indirect suggestion such as "smoking cause's problems with the male reproductive organ" (obviously targeted at a man). The suggestion was not to stop smoking but it hits a man on a subconscious level if something is going to effect his ability to reproduce, the minds reaction is to link this with the act of smoking as a negative that should be stopped.

hypnotize someone in days

It is quite easy to hypnotize someone in days because you have time to develop rapport and understand what works best to induce a trance. If you are in the beginning of your hypnosis journey then this is a good place to start and I will give you some tips to help you when it comes to hypnotizing someone over a few days.

Start small
Do not try and jump straight into a handshake induction or use conversational hypnosis to convince a girl to go home with you in a crowded bar. Start small by getting your subject in a private area where there are no distractions and get them to relax and sit/lay down.

Build rapport
Keep it relaxed and have a bit of a conversation with your subject so they realise they can trust you, the best way is to ask them to close their eyes while you chat until you see their body start to relax. Once they are at this point it is time to casually put suggestion across to them.

Simple Suggestions
Keep the suggestions so simple that your subject doesn't even notice you are making them, for example:
"can you straighten your fingers slowly?" and slowly turn the question to a command "push your feet straight".
Keep the conversation flowing as you make these suggestions and you will see that they will not make objections.

The idea is to start so small that they did not even think that you where hypnotizing them so that the next time you meet their guard is already down and you can start to explore with slightly more complicated suggestions. Continue this over a few days and be sure to use exactly the same method to relax them so that it gets to a point where they will begin to relax as soon as you mention the first phrase. As you get more confident the process will become easier and easier and just by looking at a persons body language you will start to understand if they are open to suggestion.
